Based on the very popular TEAL Compact unit, the all new Compact Classic combines the advantages of an external brushed stainless steel finish with the latest TEAL electronic control that has been so highly successful in other TEAL vehicle Units.

It also allows washing under hot running water that is tightly temperature controlled to give the most hygenic and comfortable wash. The multi jet spray tap head with finger tip control, ensures an even spread of water and a excellent wash can be achieved in ten seconds using only a wine glass full of water.

There is no wastefull mixing of hot and cold water and no need to fill the bowl. It is not for nothing the TEAL units give the 'Best hand wash in the World'.

Note too that all TEAL units for motor vehicles including Compact Classic comply with the European EMC Automobile Directive 95/54/EC.

Frequently asked questions

Why stainless steel? Isn't stainless steel now very expensive.
The hot trades like Tarmac layers, white liners etc. find that only the TEAL type brushed stainless steel will stand up to their harsh working conditions. Although the cost of stainless steel has rocketed in the last year or so, TEAL were determined the produce a new unit at a price comparable with those of the old model in 2004/5.

Is it easy to install?
Just mount in a suitably convenient postion on a vertical surface, either inside or out side the vehicle with the fittings included, connect 2x4mm cables (not supplied) directly to the battery through the fuse and fuse holder supplied and you are in business. Compact Classic needs NO switch or any additional connection to the ignition as it is fully automatic. This means that it is fast and easy to fit.

Will it drain the battery ?
No! It is fully battery safe and it will not switch on unless the alternator is running and the battery is fully charged.

What about the waste water ?
Compact Classic is fitted with a loose bowl that should be emptied a covenient foul water drain. Should you wish to retain the waste water then we recommened the fully self contained Handeman unit.
